Red River Market Roles:
Market Set-Up: Help us plant the seeds of a perfect market day! You’ll assist in setting out patio furniture, arranging signage, and getting everything ready to welcome our community.
Market Tear-Down: As the day’s bounty is gathered, you’ll help pack away the market’s treasures. Your hands will help collect furniture, signs, and all the tools that made the market bloom.
Market Ambassador: Be the friendly face of the market, floating from vendor to vendor like a busy bee. You’ll check in with our farmers, artisans, and visitors, making sure everyone has what they need for a fruitful day.
Cooking Demo Assistant: Lend a hand to our culinary artist as they whip up delicious samples. You’ll help prepare and share these tasty treats with eager market-goers, showcasing the best of our local ingredients.
Photobooth Assistant: Help capture the magic of market day! Assist with setting up shots and collecting emails from visitors.
Night Bazaar Roles:
Clown Cup - a balloon + a cup + a dream = a CLOWN. Help create your own clown at our clown DIY station.
Clown Hat and Tie - Help people bring out their inner clown at our clown hat and tie decorating DIY station
Clown Plushie – Engage in hands-on sewing and help visitors create their very own clown plushies at this interactive station.
Temporary Tattoo Artist - From trapeze artists to lion tamers, help tattoo the excited masses.
Popcorn Palooza - Help pop, scoop, and serve popcorn to eager jugglers and acrobats
Cotton Candy Station - Spin clouds of sugary delight and hand them out to gleeful children and sweet-toothed clown.
Tear Down – Finish the fun by packing up décor, tables, and treasures to close the bazaar.
Christkindlmarkt Roles:
Event Dates: November 20th-22nd & 27th-29th
Indoor Build Week Helper: Help transform the Civic Center into a festive winter wonderland, adding touches of holiday magic everywhere.
Outdoor Build Week Helper: Help to create a festive fairground by setting up everything from an evergreen tree fence to our iconic photo arch!
Outdoor Truck Photographer: Capture memorable moments for attendees in front of our classic vintage red truck, making sure everyone leaves with a special keepsake.
Craft Corner Helper: Help Christkindlmarkt crafters create cozy companions!
Fire Tender: Keep the Solo Stoves in our outdoor winter wonderland burning bright for guests to gather around and roast s'mores. Ensure everyone stays cozy by the fire.
Santa's Assistant: Assist the photographer by organizing families and making sure everyone is ready to meet Santa, ensuring a smooth and magical experience.
Bier Hall Helper: Hang out in the Bier Hall, keeping tables clean and chatting with guests. Help maintain a welcoming and festive atmosphere for all.
Tear Down Elf: As the festivities come to a close, help pack up the winter wonderland. Collect decorations, dismantle setups, and make sure everything is safely stored away—just like a helpful elf at the end of the holiday season!
At this time, there are no open opportunities. Volunteer sign-ups will open closer to the event in November!
